SkyAgent is a WhatsApp-based flight concierge operated by Ilix OÜ. It provides real-time flight updates and AI-powered travel assistance.

Usage

  • You must provide accurate flight information at sign-up.

  • The service is provided as-is with no guarantee of data accuracy.

  • Flight data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors.

Limitations

  • SkyAgent does not perform actual rebooking or ticket changes.

  • Compensation eligibility information is indicative only — consult a legal professional for advice.

  • We are not liable for missed flights, incorrect data, or service interruptions.

Termination & Data Deletion

Data is stored in Upstash Redis and automatically deleted after your flight date plus 24 hours.
You can also send stop at any time to remove your data and terminate the service.

Governing law

Estonian law applies. Disputes resolved in Tallinn, Estonia.
