  • To send proactive flight status notifications via WhatsApp.

  • To answer flight-related questions via our AI concierge.

  • To display your flight summary on your personal My Flight page.

Storage

  • Data is stored in Upstash Redis and automatically deleted after your flight date plus 24 hours

  • A reference to your flight is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) solely to display your My Flight page. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data or unsubscribing.

  • You can delete all your data at any time by sending stop in the chat or clicking Unsubscribe on your My Flight page.
